Return policy:

Standard 14 days return policy. If you are not 200% happy with your order you can use our 14 days return policy. You then get a full refund. You have the right to return your product(s) in new condition within 14 days after your purchase in accordance with swedish law. However, all returns must be approved by Studio Pannrummet in advance.

Please contact me at studiopannrummet@gmail.com with a picture of the item, the reason for the return and your order number and I will give you further instructions. Remember to keep the original packaging in case you want to use the return policy. Return fees apply on exchanges as well.

Shipping and delivery:

Studio Pannrummet are currently only shipping within the borders of Sweden. For shipping outside of Sweden, contact studiopannrummet@gmail.com.

Standard delivery time is 2-10 business days, the delivery times are only estimates. All orders are delivered by Postnord.

If a product arrives damaged or broken, contact me at studiopannrummet@gmail.com with a picture of it and I will send you a new product free of charge.


Product care:

Handle with love and care, the items can be fragile. While all products in stoneware and porcelain are dishwasher- and microwave safe, hand washing is gentler to the glazed surface and will keep the objects clean and free from any discolouration longer.
